Who We Are
Picturesbow Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in Kissimmee and the Kissimmee area. We help people who have found ants in the kitchen, mice in the garage, or something noisy in the attic. We do not do the pest work ourselves. We connect you with a local provider who does.
Why We Exist
Searching for help can be a chore. There are long lists, mixed messages and a lot of tabs. Meanwhile the problem grows. We built this site to cut that search short. Less searching, more solving.
A pest problem is easiest to handle when it is small. A few ants are simpler than a full trail. One mouse is simpler than a nest. So we aim to get you talking to a provider early.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what is going on. That might be roaches, termites, bed bugs or an animal in the roof. Then you are pointed to an independent provider in our network that handles that kind of job near you. Availability depends on the provider, so it is smart to ask when they can visit.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are separate businesses. We ask them to:
- Be honest about what they find
- Explain the plan in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Treat your home with respect
Please check each provider's own license and insurance details yourself. Ask to see them. That is a normal request.
What We Do Not Do
We do not spray, trap, seal or remove anything. We do not set prices. We do not promise results, and we do not decide what your policy covers. Those things belong to the provider and your insurer.
If damage is involved, some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay Picturesbow Pest Control for referrals. The price of any job is set between you and the provider. Ask for the full cost in writing before you agree to anything. Typical U.S. prices vary a lot by pest, home size and how many visits are needed.
Get Ready With Photos and Notes
A little prep goes a long way. Photos, notes, ready. Snap clear pictures of droppings, damage, insects or entry points. Write down where and when you saw activity. Keep past receipts or service records handy. Providers can give a clearer estimate, and you will have records if an insurance talk comes up.
