How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Picturesbow Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Picturesbow Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we linked you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Picturesbow Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the state agency in Florida that oversees pest control.
Sending Us a Complaint
Email contact@picturesbow.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
